Very friendly staff, always helpful and trying to meet all the expectations. Air conditioner was defect in one of the rooms and they bumped us to a better bigger room with sea view. Well sound-proof rooms kept you asleep all night long. Rooms are clean, room service is very good and deliver in a few minutes. Receptions always trying their best for effective communication and stand-out was Coşkun, who made sure that our check-out was as smooth and quick as possible.

I stayed at AC Hotel in Istanbul for 6 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The stay was amazing, and the team at the reception made it even better. I would especially like to thank Naif, Tolga, and Denzia— they were extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. Their hospitality and respectful attitude stood out and made me feel right at home. Also, I’d like to mention a lady from the laundry team — I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful. Her warmth and positive attitude really left a great impression. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Great location. Very clean and well-done housekeeping services. The staff was already ready to help and friendly (especially the Breakfast Hall staff) There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Celebrate New Year.

Nice cozy hotel in cool area very close to all major attractions. Everything looked clean and modern. The room was just as expected – it basically had enough of everything. Appreciated that window in the room was openable, as I like to sleep with fresh air coming inside. Though it could be noisy in the night (well not too much, depends on your preferences). Had a great pleasure communicating with the staff. Everyone was kind and caring. Breakfast was not too big in a choice, but more than enough for me – they've even prepared something out of the available options for me. Thank you!

Location was close to the centre and most relevant places. It was uphill like most of Istanbul city centre, which makes is it difficult to reach in walking and Taxi. The service, Breakfast and food are quite good. Glad I spent almost a week in this Hotel.

The hotel is exactly what we wanted. Located away from the chaos of the tourist area but close to many restaurants and public transport . Upon check-in I asked if our room had a window and was told it did not so I upgraded to a room on the top floor with a balcony upon advice from the reception manager Berk. The room was great and had a great view of the Bosphorus. Upon checkout Effe and Samet looked after our bags , updated my Marriot membership to ensure my wifi was complimentary. The entire stay was very comfortable, excellent shower. Only a 20 min walk to the tram that takes you to Sultanahmet.

We loved the location, right on the doorstep for everything we wanted to do. The staff were all so helpful with good recommendations. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and everything we asked for was no trouble at all. Many on our group stayed here as well and everyone had the same experience as us.

Me and my wife stayed 5 nights and were very happy with the hotel. Very clean, modern, helpful staff. Location eas also great. We like walking, almost walked everywhere, Istiklal, Taksim, Dolmabahce, Nishantashi, Ortakoy all of them are in walking distance. There a lot of cafe and restaurants nearby where young people hang out.
