Very friendly staff, always helpful and trying to meet all the expectations. Air conditioner was defect in one of the rooms and they bumped us to a better bigger room with sea view. Well sound-proof rooms kept you asleep all night long. Rooms are clean, room service is very good and deliver in a few minutes. Receptions always trying their best for effective communication and stand-out was Coşkun, who made sure that our check-out was as smooth and quick as possible.

Great location. Very clean and well-done housekeeping services. The staff was already ready to help and friendly (especially the Breakfast Hall staff) There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Celebrate New Year.

Location was close to the centre and most relevant places. It was uphill like most of Istanbul city centre, which makes is it difficult to reach in walking and Taxi. The service, Breakfast and food are quite good. Glad I spent almost a week in this Hotel.

The hotel is exactly what we wanted. Located away from the chaos of the tourist area but close to many restaurants and public transport . Upon check-in I asked if our room had a window and was told it did not so I upgraded to a room on the top floor with a balcony upon advice from the reception manager Berk. The room was great and had a great view of the Bosphorus. Upon checkout Effe and Samet looked after our bags , updated my Marriot membership to ensure my wifi was complimentary. The entire stay was very comfortable, excellent shower. Only a 20 min walk to the tram that takes you to Sultanahmet.

The hotel is located in a very good area easily accessible to Nisantasi, Taksim and Besiktas areas. Near the hotel all bars and fancy places.

location is great. Hundreds of coffeeshops and places to eat outside. Supermarket very close to it. rooms sizes are big enough.

A limo transport arranged for us from the airport for a 1am arrival led us to friendly front desk and an easy check in Room 4001 is a must have if you stay here. By far the biggest room in the floor with a great layout Overall a pleasant stay in a nice clean hotel with friendly staff
